Who is Longrein for?
European riding schools, livery yards, and equestrian businesses managing roughly 10 to 60 horses. Also: solo horse owners on the Personal plan who just want to log their own riding and care.
Is my data really safe?
Yes. We're EU-hosted (Frankfurt) and GDPR-compliant from day one. Stripe handles all card data, so we never see it. Every stable's data is mathematically isolated from every other stable's data via Row-Level Security — not just policy. One click to export everything as CSV. One click to delete everything.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Longrein is mobile-first. Trainers check in lessons from the arena, clients pay invoices on their phone, owners run the calendar from anywhere. A native iOS app ships in summer 2026 — the web app is fully responsive in the meantime.
How much does Longrein cost?
Right now, nothing. Longrein is completely free during early access — every feature, for stables and riders alike. No card at signup, no trial clock, no paywall. We'll introduce pricing later as the product matures; founding stables that join now keep a permanent advantage when we do.
What about my existing data — horses, clients, lessons?
Import from CSV in Settings → Import. Most stables are fully operational in under an hour. If you need help, write to hello@longrein.eu and we'll walk you through it.
Do my clients need to pay for an account?
No. Riders, clients, and horse owners always use Longrein for free — and right now the whole platform is free during early access. Invite unlimited clients and horse owners under your stable.
What if I'm just a single-horse owner without a stable?
The Personal account is built for you — and it's free during early access. Log your rides, vet and farrier visits, expenses, and training goals. No business features cluttering the UI.
What happens when pricing starts?
